PirateScan respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content hosted on or linked from PirateScan infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice and we will act promptly.
How to submit a takedown
Email piratescanofficial@gmail.com with the subject line DMCA Takedown and include:
- Your full legal name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the infringing material on PirateScan.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or an authorized agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Response time
Valid notices are processed within 48 hours. Repeat infringers will be terminated.
Counter-notice
If content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address with the same identifying information and your statement of good-faith belief.
